A ready-made item may be considered for return when it is unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging. Contact us promptly with your order details before sending anything back.

Return & cancellation policy
We assess returns fairly based on the product type, its condition and whether it was made especially for you.
Custom-made products
Custom printed, personalized, made-to-size and approved-design products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. If FlagPK made the item incorrectly or it has a manufacturing defect, we will review the issue.
Wrong or damaged item
- Do not use, wash or alter the item.
- Send your order details plus clear photos or video of the item and packaging on WhatsApp.
- After inspection, an appropriate repair, replacement or refund solution will be agreed according to the issue.
Cancellations and return delivery
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel. A custom order may no longer be cancellable after artwork approval, material cutting, printing or production has started.
Return delivery costs depend on the reason for return and will be confirmed with you before the return is arranged.
