Messages, artwork, logos or files you send for quotes and custom orders.

How we use it

To prepare quotations, confirm products, process orders and provide customer support.
To arrange store pickup or calculate and arrange delivery across Pakistan.
To improve the store experience and maintain necessary order records.

Sharing and third parties

We share only the information needed to fulfil an order with relevant delivery or service providers. Messages sent through WhatsApp or Facebook are also handled under those platforms’ own privacy practices.

Your choices and security

You can ask us on WhatsApp to correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to records we need for completed orders or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
